Ok for a short time but not great for every foot condition

Best insoles I've ever used. On my feet most of the day on various surfaces, these are great. Wish I would had these years ago.

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago. Haven’t arrived. Takes ages to reply to emails. Won’t give a refund. Thieves

Weeks have gone bye si nce ordering. No shipping info. Nothing ! I have emailed and get an automated "PUT OFF " Statement! Not worth the headaches!

If the insoles you ordered fits, then that’s great. However, if it doesn’t and you’re looking to return them for a refund then best of luck with that. I ordered a pair of Stepprs insoles through Amazon; my shoe size is 6, but they only have 6-7 (39-40) because they don’t do direct sizes. The insoles were too big to say the least. I went on Amazon to request a return and refund; unfortunately, my request was forwarded onto Stepprs to deal with directly. Two weeks and two request/refund later still no reply. I doubt very much they’ll be in touch now that they have their money. I can’t comment on the quality of the product as I’ve not tried them, but I can honestly say that their customer service is nonexistent. One star rating is far too generous from my point of view.

I paid nearly 90 for my order on November 18, 2025 and still haven’t received my order or a response back from my many emails. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! I’m going to get ahold of the news if I don’t get a response back. This is insane.

Hands down or soles of my feet down, the absolute best cushioned sole I’ve ever used. I legitimately just ordered 5 more pair for myself. I only use them for my work boots, I drive a dump bed trailer for a road construction company and I legitimately have more pep in my step with these even though I suffer from arthritis in both my knees and have had arthroscopic surgery on both knees.

BIG SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!I ordered the insoles, I accidentally fat fingered 1 digit in my address. I caught the mistake right away, and emailed them. They responded rather quickly, with a very nice email. 16 DAYS LATER… NOTHING! They won’t return my emails, and no sign of anything. Save your money!
