Easy company to work with. They explained everything and got my refund for me.

They made it so simple and they follow up with IRS

I processed the requested paperwork within three days, but then the process seemed to stall. It took several contacts before I was finally given an account manager, who didn't move things ahead. I was then assigned a new account manager. This guy had it wrapped up in less than a week. Took about three months to get it handled. I am happy with the results. Now just waiting on the IRS.

The support team was great. I had no idea how ERC worked. They walked me through all aspects of the program. The fact they have a backend support team for any after the fact issues is comforting.
