I needed a product shipped ASAP for use in a lab class. I had ordered it with another vendor, but it ended up with delayed shipping and would not arrive in time. I found it in stock on the Stellar Scientific website and they shipped it right away. I was able to upgrade to pay for faster shipping, and it got here just in time for the class. Very grateful!

Stellar is great. They don't leave you hanging when items are delayed. If there will be a delay they actually call and let you know so there are no surprises. Even if you are a little lab they take care of you and don't cater to the larger companies. They have been wonderful to work with during the COVID supply chain issues.
