We are new to Sapphire and needed some help with the website. We talked to Sunny and had an excellent experience; he walked us thru navigation of Sapphire's web page and also REI. He is helpful, personable, and approachable and said we can call him anytime with questions. We are looking forward to using Sapphire for some fun filled vacations soon!

So we finally got a chance to talk to the best of the best, Mr Sonny. He set us up and showed us how to use our timeshare and we are ready to go. We were about to give up and say this is not worth the money. So now its time to play!! Thanks Mr. Sonny.

Location location location wow right in the heart of the strip the condo was clean with all the right stuff kitchen etc the pool was not flashy but we were not there to swim overall great experience R. Webber

WE HAVE HAD THIS FOR 2 YEARS. WE HAVE DONE 2 VACATIONS SINCE. THE FEES ARE AN ABOMINATION FOR OWNERS THAT CAN NOT book vacations which is a horrible outcome. We went to Arizona!

Just got back from Hawaii!! Was only a 4 day stay, which kind of sucked... but for 190 bucks for round trip air and the stay can't complain too much... It was truly amazing! Can't wait for our next Vacay!!
