Beginner
Little to do and not hard task No one needs to know that im doing the tasks. Listing is better for me for than reading

The program so far
The program so far, is easy to follow, in simple language that isn't judgemental or accusatory. It's a bit of a slow as we get started but once acclimated, I hope to see the results of the work I'm more than willing to put in!

My past behavior
Past experience has always led to me abandoning self care for the care of others; my parents, mother-in-law.99year old Aunt and my husband with cancer treatments and side effects. Ive been a RN for 53 years and its a hard habit to break. This feels like something i will be able to stick with. I appreciate the narrator. Her voice is gentle and warm yet professional. She may be AI but the choice of her voice is perfect for me.

First day!
Since this is just my first day, this app has explained what I'm doing well and that moving forward we will dig deep into what needs to be modified. I haven't learned anything new so far just what I already know.
