David Aminov with Slice has been instrumental in providing me help in getting my clover system set up at my business when I was looking for a new POS system. He explained things was very helpful, providing a phone number that I could call pretty much anytime of the day. I feel everything with the company is very straightforward. I was able to set up the POS system with very little health and the help that I didn’t need they were right their phone call away. I would highly recommend Slice for any small business.

Excellent customer services by Steve and Tecnical support , monthly convenient fees . Online platform were all the records and taxes. So far very happy with the service and the app .

Steve R. Is the sole reason for having a great experience these last 3 years. He's very personable. Always gets right back to you. Never once had a problem as long as I contact him. Customer service with clover "used to be good." Ever since covid they are very terrible. That's an understatement. It's next to impossible to get anyone on the phone. So I don't even try anymore. I just hit up my boy Steve and he handles everything. I'm surprised at how fast he is to respond to text. Steve is definitely a stand up guy. And the only reason I've stuck with slice and refer him to everyone who owns a business.

It’s not the company that is doing well but it’s the person who you can talk to anytime of the day. I like that I can contact my sales representative anytime when I have a problem and he was able solve it.

Steve Rietbergen has been an exceptional point of contact for me. He's taken time to assist me in navigating through the process of obtaining Clover for my restaurant, as well as switching from one pos system to another at my other location. I will forever seek his assistance in all new restaurants I'm opening in the future.

I had a great experience with Slice. David Aminov from sales department was very helpfully and very trustworthy. I had Slice for about a year now and I think is much better than other platforms that I used in the past.
