Impossible Return Policy
While this website seems to offer a wide variety of items, many items are lacking a full description or photo. I took a chance and ordered a wireless handset battery that was in no way compatible. I was unable to return this item after purchase. Now I am stuck with an item I will never use.

Thank you for your feedback, Matt. If a part is in question, we encourage our customers to consult with us to ensure they are purchasing the correct parts. We do so by offering live chat and have our phone number listed on our website. Our Returns manager informed you that, due to the sensitive nature of power adapters and per our return policy, we do not offer refunds on power adapters. We did offer to exchange the item for the correct part, however, the return RMA was declined. If you do change your mind about exchanging the item, please contact us at your earliest convenience at 800-564-8045.
