Have ordered equipment from Startechtel several times. Equipment ordered arrived as scheduled, It was in good working condition unlike some I had ordered from a different company in Florida. Will continue to use Startechtel.

We have an older phone system and can no longer find new replacement office phones. We have purchased some reconditioned phones from StarTechTel and so far we have not had any issues. Shipping was prompt and the price was within reason

Most important for me: The products were well packaged, brand new and the manufacturer recognizes the company as a reseller. Got burned before making some orders from Amazon that ended up having no warranty because they were sold by non-authorized resellers.
