I've had stuff of them before with no trouble. I bought a ship upgrade and still hasn't arrived 3 days later. Contacted support but have had no reply. If your buy from them you are taking a chance.

Finger weg von Starlight Trading Industries! ☹️👎 Lieferung innert 24h? Nie im Leben! Ich bekam das Schiff erst nach mehreren Wochen und das auch nur weil ich mit Anwalt und rechtlichen Konzequenzen gedroht habe. 😠 Darum Finger weg von Starlight Trading Industries! 👎 Geht lieber zu star-hangar.com da wird wirklich zwischen gleich und 24h geliefert. Die haben top Service, Kundendienst und eure Bestellung ist versichert! 🤗👍

Elektronische Artikel müssen doch nicht per Post geliefert werden. Und doch habe ich nach zwei Tagen noch immer nicht den Artikel. Antwort auf Anfrage bekomme ich auch nicht. Also bei Star Hangar hatte ich diesen Artikel nach 5 Minuten. Ich werde hier bei Starlight Trading nicht mehr kaufen. Bin mal gespannt ob ich den Artikel überhaupt noch bekomme.

Ich habe in der Tat hier ein paar mal erfolgreich was gekauft. Beim letzten mal habe ich ende letztes Jahr eine 600I gekauft. Wurde nicht geliefert. Alle anschreiben wurden ignoriert. PayPal Käuferschutz wurde nach Prüfung abgelehnt nit der Begründubg sie hätten geliefert. Weiter wurde uch dann wieder ignoriert. 300 euro weg. Keine Lieferung keine Hilfe . Passt auf und kauft dort nichts. Was sich hier so negativ geändert hat weiss ich nicht aber Geld ist weg!!!

Its hit or miss, staff is friendly but there owner SCK which also has sckships. Disappears for months in a row and then your out of luck, out your cash and out of your stuff.
