My new hearing aids are significantly better than the ones I replaced. The AI technology has improved my ability to hear better in noisy environments with remarkable gains in Speech recognition.

I really found it easy to work with Monty at Sound Decision. When I went in for my first appointment after getting my hearing aids, he answered all my questions and showed me exactly how to put in each hearing aid. I have been able to wear them the entire day and I have been able to hear in both a big crowd and at home watching TV. I believe I like my Starkey hearing aids better than the ones I had from Kirkland.

The only complaint I have is that the hearing aids constantly disconnect.
