I had written about 8 problems that I was having with my hearing aids and he went thru them with me and my daughter and they were all taken care of for our good feelings.

Like it doesn’t interfere with my glasses. Sticks out more than I expected. Still having to ask people to repeat unless they are right next to me

The staff at the Powerhouse Mall in Lebanon NH were great as well as the Starkey Rep. The hearing aides are wonderful and I didn't know what I had been missing
