I received every embosser I ordered In a timely manner and everyone's name was spelled correctly! My only disappointment is having to disassemble the embosser for it to fit into the travel case.

At this point im just trying to reach any person with the company. Ordered a custom embosser for my wife for Christmas at the beginning of December. Paid extra for expidited shipping for 6-10 day delivery. The tracking landed in my city on December 30th. It's now been over a month since the order and my package hasn't moved, but there's no information to which carrier has it so I can't reach out to pick it up myself. I've sent 7 emails over the course of this transactio all with the same 2 automatic responses that "We received your email and will get back to you with our friendly support staff response as soon as possible." I've since reached out to try and cancel. Next step is to go through my credit card support to try and get the funds back. If someone from stamped pages finds this and could reach out the order number is #29335

Product was better than advertised with etching across the handgrip to produce a more elegant look. Sturdy and built to last, a great present for my avid book loving wife.

Ordered off this company at the start of December and still nothing. Seven emails to company “customer service” have produced seven auto replies. This was meant as a Xmas present , but is starting to feel like a scam. Terrible service - SCAM SCAM SCAM

Hi Darren, Thank you for your feedback — we’re really sorry for the frustration caused, especially as the order was meant to be a Christmas gift 💛 We’ve checked and can see that your order has since been successfully delivered. December is our busiest time of year, and unfortunately seasonal demand combined with courier delays led to some shipments taking longer than usual, for which we sincerely apologise. We’re also sorry if our automated responses added to the frustration — our team was handling a very high volume of enquiries during the holiday period. If you have any further concerns now that your embosser has arrived, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help ✨ Warm regards, The Stamped Pages Team

In a world of eBooks and Audiobooks, physical books are a little bit more rare, a little more valuable, and a little more important. I wish to leave my mark on mine, but not scrawl all over them; I want something just as rare and important. Your stamp gave me the solution. It leaves an impression on the page, the way my favorite book pages leave an impression on me. The ordering process was simple enough. I wish there had been more icon choices for a man, but I understand that most readers are women. I, perhaps, am an exception and my new imprint expresses that exceptionalism with class and grace. Thanks for that ability.
