Thank you I got all that I needed

I did not receive my complete order. Items have been backordered which I was not expecting and is slowing down the restoration of my Chevelle.

i recieved the incorrect bango bolt. took 2 days to get an email back. by that time i had already went to the store and got the correct one. even had to have the parts store order it. The L shaped brackets for the caliper brake hoses i received werent bent evenly. one worked fine, the other was bent to close to the car so the caliper hose wouldnt fit into the bracket cause it was rubbing in the mounting bolt.

Used the current catalog & on line site to place order. Also talked to customer service via telephone. Ordering was easy; response regarding order from SS396 via email was quick; delivery was fast with all items accounted for. Excellent experience every time I order from SS396.

Parts were used.had already been installed on someone else's vehicle and returned then resold to me.paint showed wear marks where bolts had been installed and removed and most of rubber coating has been removed

The items received appear of good quality. I have not yet installed or used anything yet as this is a winter project going to my interior guy for a Chevelle. Hopefully all is good
