When we started SS396.com, a Ground Up Motors company, we had one thing in mind: to bring the best quality restoration parts to everyone, from the weekend driver to the 1000-point restoration. Over the years, we have grown from one person operating out of a garage to our brand new 60,000+ square foot facility in Palm Coast, Florida. The item doesn’t match the OEM item. Mine was damaged and I wanted a replacement, but this is doesn’t fit, and is considerably shorter than the original item

The center caps did not fit and the prongs were brittle and lacked flexibility. One broke while trying to install. The Customer Service representative was rude. Ground Up only offered me a return on the 3 I didn't open but they would not take responsibility for the parts not fitting. I'm guessing they will restock and resell these defective parts to someone else. I bought replacement parts from a competitor and they fit.

We’re sorry the center caps did not fit and that you had a disappointing customer service experience. Returned merchandise is evaluated before being placed back into inventory, and return options are based on the condition of the merchandise and our Returns & Claims Policy.

I have ordered many times with SS396 and have had very good experience with the correct and the wright parts. The free shipping on most parts is also GREAT. Very satisfied with your company. Just wished it was closer so I could come and see your place. I live in (Beloit, WISCONSIN). THANKS for your GREAT service and parts.
