When we started SS396.com, a Ground Up Motors company, we had one thing in mind: to bring the best quality restoration parts to everyone, from the weekend driver to the 1000-point restoration. Over the years, we have grown from one person operating out of a garage to our brand new 60,000+ square foot facility in Palm Coast, Florida. Shipping time was good, but I received a part that was labeled wrong. Still waiting to find out what is going to happen to make it right.

Still waiting for the power steering gear box. When it was ordered you/the web said it was in stock and ready to ship. NO communications at all saying it would not be until early April. Ridiculous that you take the funds and not communicate to customers that parts are not available.

I had been looking for 2spd wiper…
I had been looking for 2spd wiper switch and couldn’t find ANYWHERE! Somehow I came across this page and found the exact one I had even though I have a 64c10 the item fits and works perfect. Had a little mishap but customer service said it would be ok.

False Advertising The floor pans I ordered are advertised…
The floor pans I ordered are advertised as 73-77 El Camino. Much to my surprise they’re 73-77 Chevelle pans, not the correct part. Im very disappointed with my purchase and I will not be recommending your company to anyone.
