When we started SS396.com, a Ground Up Motors company, we had one thing in mind: to bring the best quality restoration parts to everyone, from the weekend driver to the 1000-point restoration. Over the years, we have grown from one person operating out of a garage to our brand new 60,000+ square foot facility in Palm Coast, Florida. Despite our growth, our passion and vision have remained the same: to keep the excitement of classic American muscle running by providing the best parts available, an easy-to-use website, and the best customer support team.
ss396.com (ss396.com) has 532 customer reviews on Rated Honest, with an average rating of 4.1 out of 5.

Product showed up days late no tracking information was provided
Response from ss396.com· Mar 13, 2026
Hey Michael! I see you placed one order but received two different packages. That is because one item out of three was a drop ship from the manufacturer. The first package was shipped on 3/2 and an email was sent that night. The second package was shipped on 3/3 and an email was sent that night with tracking as well. Always check your spam/junk folders, as sometimes they end up in there! Thanks!

I ordered a rear bumper it was going to take to long so I called back and canceled order the manager said I didn't he listen to the calls and I have to pay the shipping he also would not let me hear the recording so he is lying they are very rude I will not purchase anything else from them I know for a fact I canceled the order they are lying about the recording that is y they don't let you listen to it

Eric, we’re sorry for the frustration this situation caused. We reviewed the call recordings and notes related to your order and were unable to find any request to cancel prior to shipment. As outlined in our return policy, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. That said, we want to resolve this as fairly as possible. Once the bumper is returned, we will issue a full refund including the original shipping cost. We appreciate your feedback and hope this helps bring the matter to a proper resolution.
