Fist time I have ever had insurance. Filing a claim was very simple and turn around time for refund was great. Very happy.

The reimbursement at 90% isn't as much as Spot Pet Insurance proclaimed. I'm paying for the Gold status and Spot didn't want to reimburse me for what was covered. I had to resubmit the claim, for a 2nd time, and only got some money back.

Very easy to submit reimbursements and it is processed fairly quick. Only losing 1 star because I wish the highest coverage would cover a bit more :)

Spot claim process was easy and fast. When my pet passed away, they did not hesitate for after life care. They even called to give condolences. Admire the respect and how I did not feel like a number in the end.
