BOUGHT NIGHTHAWK DRONE. CAME WITHOUT BATTERY, FINALLY BOUGHT BATTERY FROM AMAZON.Plug didn't fit.Filed it down to fit. Flew it once, landed in tree. One propeller won't turn. Piece if junk, cheaply made. Paid 80 some dollars last year. On Amazon now for 50 something.

Do not waste your time or money. Months after my order and still haven't received anything, or response to emails to cancel my order. Scam artists

Items I have that are backordered show as in stock on their website but never ship. I am not sure that it is a scam but if not they definitely do not have their stuff in order. Why do they keep allowing these items to be ordered with such a backorder. They have also pushed ship dates back two or more months. This is really unacceptable.

I made an order on the 6th of August 2020. All in stock items (or so that's is what the website said). I waited and waited and 10 plus days go by after I ordered. It was just some boots ,socks and a tarp. I decided to send customer service an email asking if their was a problem. About 16 hours go by and the next business day I get a reply that someone is checking into my order and will reply with in 32 hours? Really 32hours? Just an odd sounding number right off the bat. Another 12 hours go by I get an email with a tracking number. No explanation no customer service reply. Nothing. They really push the members guide service. I wouldn't use them period

In was never told of a delay almost 30 days of processing. I started to try to find out how to cancel, but now i have shipping info from fedex. If they fix the customer service they will be a good company.

My order was cancelled because they said they needed more information. Sent information prior to order being cancelled. Was told they had everything they need . This is a scam business they lie cheat and want you to give them money for nothing. Only a complete moron would buy their membership. I cancelled my trial before they could screw me out of hard earned cash. Would not recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with Spotsmansguide customer service. Had an issue with my order. Emailed them and received an automated response. They promised to contact me within 32 hrs. After 4 days, I tried again. I got the same automated response. I have emailed them 3 times within a week. When I called the 1-800-888-3006 number. They won't answer or let you leave a message. The items and prices are good. But their customer service sucks. Won't but from them again.

sportsman's guide buyers club is a scam, when i started getting the benefits and savings of the buyers club is when the nonsense started , i being a customer for many years and as long you occasionally buy something using your club discount all goes ok, now when you start buying a lot like i do and getting pretty much 10% discount and free shippings etc is when they start acting up. i have sportsmans guide credit card as a payment method so payment is not a issue. on early Juliy 2020 i placed a big order using the 4 pay plan after having the order showing prossesing for about a week i received this e mail from Rose SP Guide cust serv. asking to call compliance dep. Rose stated that because they're getting too busy they are disconnecting the phones early in the morning? really? i spent days trying to get a hold in someone at customer service with no results, i e mailed several times.. no response i have one order totally cancelled,no explanation.. items on the order are in stock at the website.. i have a second order on hold since early July 2020 on four pay plan, tho payments went trhough already, items are in stock , order still prossesing , i have nothing.. third order two benjamin bulldog air guns, one for me , another for my son.. order placed on mid july 2020 items are in stock at the website, when i check my orders in my account this order shows items in back order , no one answers the phone or reply e mails and i sent several ones requesting a explanation why my orders are getting dropped. dont be fooled , as long you buy just a little all is ok for the $ 49 dollars you pay for the discount club.. as soon you start getting real benefits and discounts is when the game starts good luck Pablo WPB Florida
