You received EXACTLY what you purchased (showing the same helmet you ordered) which is a licensed Riddell Replica Steelers Helmet signed by Troy Polamlu. This is a collectible and not meant to be worn for safety reasons. It seems as though you think you purchased an Authentic On field helmet like Troy Polamalu wore including numbers on it? That is certainly not what we advertised. PLEASE send it back for a full refund. We would be more than happy to! This would indeed cost 3x more than what you paid.

Mr Rose passed away that evening and we oversold items in which we had to refund some. The orders were filled in order to when they were placed. This is NOT false advertising at all and your statement is totally false, threatening and defaming to us. You were also refunded immediately.
