Before I placed my order for a 18x36 pool cover and set of 12 water bags, I asked the salesman, Dillon, to verify that the cover will be sent with grommets all the way around the cover. He assured me that the grommets were all around the cover. Happy to say that Dillon was right and the cover seems to be what we need. The cover seems strong enough for a few years but time will tell.
