Awesome platform. Pretty wide selection of games, some really great titles that not many other sites carry. Some great deals and promotions, and a nice loyalty program and daily rewards. Customer service has been very prompt. Cashouts are a little bit slower than some other platforms but nothing too crazy, 3-4 business days at most sometimes quicker. I've had multiple large wins cashed with no issues at all.

They have the rtp set to near zero on a lot of the games blowing through 300 at 2 a spin and only getting a few 16 dollar hits and a lot of .20 or .40 cent hits is completely trash. Better to play somewhere else.
Response from Splash Coins· Sep 16, 2026
Hey Loren, We're sorry to hear about your experience. Unlucky streaks are never fun, especially when you're not seeing the wins you hoped for. We can look into your situation further and see how we can help. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] and we'll take it from there 🙌 It's important to note that all our games use advanced RNG technology and industry-standard RTP percentages, which mean outcomes are 100% random. Our players sometimes hit big wins, and sometimes come up short. It all depends on the spin's fortune. That being said, we wish you the best of luck in your future spins, whichever platform you choose to play on. The Splash Coins Team

I'm in the middle when it comes to redemption because they say 30 minutes when you getting it to your card but I've been waiting since Friday the 11th of September try to reach out by email no response as of this point wondering where is my redemption after it got approved but the platform itself does pay love that part about them.
Response from Splash Coins· Sep 16, 2026
Hey Melissa, Thank you for taking the time to write this. We're happy to update that your redemption request was successfully approved. Enjoy your well-deserved prize 🏆 Now that everything's been resolved, we'd appreciate it if you'd consider updating your review, so fellow players and readers could benefit from the final outcome as well. Here's to many more wins, The Splash Coins Team
