I have dealt with spin life before many times always prompt with deliveries and very professional staff. I know I will always get help when I needed it, and they were then the same prompt and professional and friendly.

Sales person was very helpful. Though the review is early ( chair won’t be shipped for3 days) and delivery won’t be for another 5-10 days I am happy at the moment and will be happy to give a complete review when I receive my chair

Order cancelled because of lead time. Damaged scooter was shipped anyway even though order was cancelled. Made second order after I was told the lead time was 20 days. After order placed I was given a ship date of 57 days from my order. Pretty awful handling of just about everything.

We are arranging a pickup for you. Your replacement scooter order does have a 20-40 business days lead time and that is why the projected ship date was July 7th. In reference to the review updated 3/23/23 (641753cd70b487e42e55e6e1) where SpinLife claims they refunded 100% of the purchase price for my now-deceased mother's scooter, this is a lie. I am her executor, and I have included screencaps of the credit card billing statements that show SpinLife kept $767.51 for their "Free trial". Edit: It appears the credit for $767.51 did finally go through. I appreciate your help.

Placed order, & haven't heard from them since. Hard to honestly rate them at this time. Don't like the fact that you have to pay for a service contract to get them to do warranty repairs.

Dear Dex, The manufacturers warranty which we honor will only cover the parts and does not include the labor. SpinLife does offer to our customers the option to purchase a 1 year service contract for warranty issues at a nominal cost. This cost is much lower than a normal labor service call.
