Now a happy customer
I'm now a happy customer! I was extremely frustrated about a week ago because I was unable to get update on replacement battery. After posting a review I received a phone call apologizing for the delayed response and that they was waiting on the part. From last week to this week I received updates and my tracking number two days ago which it arrived today and I've installed and it's charging properly. I must say they made it right! Thanks!

I loved the product from the get-go
I loved the product from the get-go. It just arrived a day later than expected but I was always kept in the loop by the company. Will definitely recommend their product and service!
