I saw the Haas F1 flag advertised on Facebook. There was no mention of the size and the picture didn't show any grommets. I called Speedgear and asked about the size. I was told it was 2'x 3'. That was correct. I asked if it had grommets. I was assured that it did. I received the flag. It does not have grommets. It has a small sleeve for a thin pole. The rating I gave doesn't reflect my experience at all. The fellow I talked to was very nice and went to check with someone else about my questions. There was no friction. I was just given the wrong information.

Ordered shirts then realized I had selected bottom up instead of polo shirts. Send email on a Saturday to correct order. Received email the next day confirming correction. Then because that specific model was no longer available I received another email offering the current model. Then yet another email advising that only one large size was available and since they tended to run small perhaps one large and one extra large would be better. I agreed. They arrived and I was more than pleased. First class attentive service to a first time customer.
