Ordered a few items for airsoft from the store, but had a few issues while processing the order. The customer support team worked very well, helped to solve all the problems and the package was quickly shipped. Delivery time was very fast (about a week). Overall, very satisfied with the service and quality of the items, I will be happy to order again in the future. I have also purchased various EG products before and was very much happy with them.

Spec precision is a great company! SPEC PRECISION DO RESPOND TO EMAIL. CUSTOMER SERVICES IS GREAT ALSO. They will replace any defective product. Processing and handling is fast 1-2 days and ship. Then the normal 2 weeks from mainland to the states.

I ordered an eotech exps clone. After a few weeks of not receiving the order, I reached out to customer service at Spec Precision and heard back immediately from someone named Cathy. She was awesome. She informed me that, indeed, the shipment was lost as I expected. She quickly got a new order shipped and sent it with the more expensive expedited shipping that I hadn’t originally paid for. Needless to say, I’m very happy with their customer service. Thanks Cathy! As for the optic, it’s even better than I expected.
