I have been waiting for my item for a month. Their website promises quick shipping. They refuse to give me a refund. Avoid this company!

SCAM! Never received my items (3 t-shirts). Contacted seller who is adamant the items was delivered. By their own tracking history, the date the seller claims items were delivered the items was listed as "clearing customs" Do not purchase from them! No matter how cute things look on their website.

Absolute scam. Weeks after ordering, I checked on the package. The “tracking number” gives a long list of “departed plane” “arrived plane” “departing soon” garbage without any locations or estimated delivery. Contacting customer support is worthless, as they just give you a tracking number again.

If I had read the reviews on this platform I would never have placed an order with them. However, I am delighted (not to mention relieved) to say that I am more than satisfied with my T-shirt. The article shipped from the US, delivery was reasonably fast and the quality is superb. Thank you, Soutfits.

This company deserves no stars. First off it's a Chinese company and the product comes from China and apparently takes weeks to receive it because I ordered on March first and it's the 29th and I still don't have it. Its deceptive marketing makes it appear to be a US company. I've asked for a refund but I doubt that will happen based on my experience so far.

Scam. Do not give them your money. I never got the Tshirt, and they would not give me e a refund. They gave me 3 different tracking #s, all of which were bogus. The post office told me the name of the "shipping company" Talent Fortune Inc. I googled it -- associated with scams. It's insulting -- they think we are stupid. My local post office knows, and I reported the fraud to my bank to get my money back.

Purchased Gulf of Mexico shirt and cap. Clicked to pay by credit card. Went to PayPal with receipt from a different website and got receipt from Soutfit too. PayPal shipped from China and supposedly Soutfit from the UK. Two different trackings. Only PayPal got a response from China to inquiry. I have received no response to several emails wanting to know what is up. Cap is defective as decal is coming off in packing. Soutfit shows cauasions in their pictures but my product was shipped from China. The tracking doesn’t match with UK days behind China but amazingly BOTH (only 1) arrived the same day.

Wasn't that happy with shirt. It was ALOT at $32.00 but they overcharged me to over $40.00 They won't respond back to me. M Smith
