Wig was nothing like the photo that I saw. I was very disappointed. This was my first time ordering from this company.

I Never Dreamed…
I have worn wigs for over 20 years. I purchased the dark salt & pepper Body Wave…. This wig is AMAZING. I LOVE IT! The adjustable band made the fit perfect. It’s full and once I curled it, it looks just like the advertised wig. I will become a retuning customer. Customer service is excellent.

Lovely Locks In Salt n Pepper! !
My order was delivered in just a few days. The packaging is always great! This particular wig was in a Soul Lady white box inside an outer pkg. And the wig was still in a satin bag inside the box w/complimentary hair caps. I like the length, coloring & thickness of the wig. It looked even better after shampooing & conditioning. I would have liked the ringlets to be a little larger and more loose, similar to the wave. (color isn’t available in my shade) But this wig still looks lovely and I can’t wait to wear it! I appreciate the quality of the hair and ease of maintenance. And purchasing at a discount is always a bonus! Thank you Soul Lady!

Do not be deceived by the online photos
A one star review. If I could give a 0 review I would. The wig was nothing like the online photo. I could not even style it to look like the photo. This is the 3rd wig that I’ve ordered from you and am not happy. Thank you for allowing me to return the first 2 wigs. It is costly to keep returning wigs. They charge $20 each time in addition to the cost of the return. I’ve spent $60 so far returning wigs that did not look like what I ordered. The online photos are deceiving. I am again Very disappointed with this last wig. I’ll keep it and either give it away or discard it. $87 wasted. After being disappointed with the 3 wigs, I have decided to never order from this company again.
