Keith did good but the only thing left is on my money program, he forgot to bring two of the accounts into the program. they are downloaded from the other computer on a tab called Burt's money but I'm not sure how to get them into the site.

Your tech solve the problem in five minutes, which was great and deserved a rating of 5+ However, I reduced it down to a 4 because of the frustration and delay in getting an appointment on line . For some reason two online representatives between them to finally fix the date . The whole process was so frustrating and even confusing to me that I was tempted to look elsewhere for help, but the final firm date was agreed in the nick of time and the technical representative arrived promptly and was extremely courteous and professional .

My problem with a Trojan was resolved. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had to call the next day because the problem popped up again. However, they fixed it for good on the second day and the problem has not returned. Friendly and helpful service.

It took a little while to get there, it took 3 different phone calls. Overall, the tech guys were excellent and so patient with me. I have the app on my desktop and, should the need arise, I will definitely use it.
