I like the product and when I called customer service with questions the woman was very knowledgeable about the product and listened intently. I felt after our conversation I needed more time to see the results I was looking for so she offered me a great deal to order more of the salves.

Excellent Customer Service! I had a problem with an unexpected product included in a recent order. When I spoke with customer service, they were quick to resolve the issue. Her kind demeanor, understanding and expedient solution was greatly appreciated.

They have used my credit card thrice. I ordered only once. The product is fake. And the company is cheat. Please take this as warning from well wisher. Thanks PS. All the three amount were charged in one credit cycle,I became aware when I received my credit statement. How can you scam a senior with meager income. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the scam.

We completely understand how upsetting it must feel to see multiple charges when you believed you had only placed one order. We sincerely apologize that the monthly subscription was not fully understood when your original order was placed. When the additional 15% discount was selected, it also enrolled the order in our monthly subscription. We understand that this may not have been clear, and we’re very sorry for the confusion. It was never our intention to make you feel deceived or misled. After the first order was placed, a separate email was sent confirming the subscription. We also send reminder emails 1 and 2 days before each renewal to give customers time to decide whether they would like to continue. However, we understand that receiving these communications does not change how frustrating this experience has been for you. We’ve now canceled the subscription, so there will be no further automatic renewals or charges moving forward. The Sorviq representative was kind and helpful! I didn't realize I had inadvertently signed up for a subscription and wanted to cancel. She took care of it for me immediately, with no questions or problems. I would highly recommend Sorviq's customer service.

Review: I am extremely disappointed with Sorviq's customer service. I bought the Miracle Balm and the Exfoliating Coffee Scrub 28 days ago (Order #[56516]), which puts me well within their advertised 60-day satisfaction guarantee. I want to return both products for a refund, but the company is completely ignoring me.I have sent 3 separate emails requesting return instructions and have received absolutely zero replies. It's so annoying everyday they send me emails advertising i should buy more really??? It feels like they are intentionally ignoring me to run out the clock on the return window. I would give 0*, it's not worthy, I would not recommend to buy their product so disappointed.
