Sophie Society is a U.S.based Amazon advertising agency specializing in performance-driven PPC (pay-per-click) management for e-commerce brands. Founded in 2018 by Chris Rawlings, a former physicist turned Amazon entrepreneur, the company emphasizes a scientific, data-backed approach to scaling brands on Amazon. The name "Sophie" derives from the Greek word for wisdom, reflecting their commitment to evidence-based strategies over generic industry advice. Also, Sophie Society hosts the profitable PPC Challenge and various workshops. We have the privilege of being thought leaders in this space because of the number and diversity of the accounts we manage. All of our insights come directly from our team and their hands-on experience. That’s why we’re able to offer premium workshops for Amazon sellers—so they can learn, grow, and thrive on their Amazon journey.

Really impressed with the Sophie Society team so far. In just 15 days, we’ve already seen a noticeable reduction in ACOS, positively impacting our margins. The account is handled by senior PPC strategist Mr. Zoltan, and his PPC execution and communication have been outstanding. Excited to see how we finish Q4.

It’s been great working with Felix Severijnse, my PPC strategist. He hit our ROAS goal in no time! What makes it an even better fit is that he combines deep Amazon expertise with real passion and knowledge in the darts field — the very niche I’m selling in. Hard to beat that!

I just wanted to share how grateful I am for Lorenzo (my ppc strategist) and the whole Sophie Society team. Lorenzo has been incredible to work with — super knowledgeable, proactive, and always running tests so we’re never just guessing or doing things blindly. I appreciate how data-driven he is and how clearly he explains everything. I don't have to be the one who is telling them what to do. He also goes beyond PPC and actually looks at what’s missing on my listings. He points out opportunities to optimize, like when he recommended adding a brand story — things I wouldn’t have noticed myself but make a big difference. It’s true that Sophie Society isn’t just a PPC agency — you really feel like partners. There have been times when an issue popped up (CRITICAL alert) and they caught it before I did, and you even brought in your team to help with things that weren’t even PPC-related. That level of support was totally unexpected and so gratefully appreciated. Because of all that, I’ve actually been able to go on vacation without stressing, knowing the business is being taken care of. I really feel supported and in good hands. Thank you so much for everything you do!

High five for this guy. Julian has done way more than I could ever expect. When I was in doubt concerning my product Julian went in and made my profit rocket. Acos down over half and took control. I have tried to many months trying myself. Julian is definitely the go to guy.

The onboarding process was very simple, and we were assigned Julian as our Senior PPC Strategist. Julian immediately got to work remedying our current campaigns and structuring not only all the new PPC campaigns and strategy, but also the entire listing along with images and premium A+ content. I'm always skeptical with most partnerships or contractors, but I can only say good things. It has been a seamless transition, and we have seen immediate success within the first two weeks. By the 30-day mark, we had already exceeded expectations. We can't say enough great things about Julian.

Juana and Celia at Sophie Society have been amazing for us. We were new to Amazon and they helped us optimize PPC quickly as well as provide advice on improving our listing. They have been super responsive and always there to help. Their Amazon strategies and expertise allowed our sales to soar on Amazon. Highly recommend.

Nick at Sophie Society has been a legend helping me navigate our Amazon PPC this Christmas. In my experience agents want to keep customers at arms length, but i always feel Nick is within close reach and his advice has always been on the money. He has absolutely helped our games business thrive during the peak Christmas period, showing great attention to detail and strategy. Highly recommended.

The team at Sophie Society including Juana, Celia & Hans have been amazing to work with! We are very pleased with the attention we get, the results we are seeing and the thoroughness. We were working with another PPC Management agency and we were not getting the results we wanted or the customer service we needed. Everyone we've worked with at Sophie Society has met our needs and more. We have been seeing results of our sales increasing in addition to the rest of our numbers and conversions. They also provide a very thorough weekly report in addition to a monthly report. This is super helpful to understand and see the actual results. It makes a huge difference for us as we did not receive this kind of service previously with another agency we were working with. Sophie Society really makes you feel as if they are your partners in this and they do their best to get you the results you are working towards. We have only been with Sophie Society for about 2 months now and we have definitely been seeing results already. They just keep getting better weekly! We look forward to seeing the results continue to climb and get to our goal in the near future. Thank you so much Juana, Celia and Hans!
