The entire process of Soothe.com, from ease of booking to confirmation expediency to delivery of service was top notch. I would recommend their service to all my friends. What a great business model!

I have now used soothe twice to arrange a massage at my home. Never had any issues and the customer service is great. All the therapists were great.

We were nervous at first b/c sure it seems a bit odd. But we've had male and female and about 6 sessions. Every single person was professional, on time and did a great job.

I had a good first massage, but my second was poor which I reported to customer service. I received no response back to my poor experience nor any offers of credit or other refund for my unsatisfactory experience. Due to this poor customer service follow-up I do not plan to use this service again since there doesn't appear to be any kind of quality control

As a massage therapist myself I enjoyed the fact of receiving a massage from a knowledgable therapist.
