Soothe is perfectly convenient, efficient and professional. Genius idea for a modern on demand and in demand service.

Service on time very professional in quality massage

The website interface was easy to use. Even with a bad headache and being completely stressed out, I was able to book an appt within minutes. The staff kept in contact with me by text and email to let me know when my masseuse would arrive. I didn't really expect that I would be cared for and treated like a VIP. It felt awesome!! My professional masseuse arrived within an hour. She appeared flexible enough to tailor herself to my needs at the time. I'm looking forward to future stress relieving experiences with Soothe.

I love Soothe. I have had about 15 massages in the last 6 months - 1 year. I have only had 1 therapist that I would rate less than 5 stars (and she would get a 3.5 star rating). A great concept executed very well.

Very easy and convenient.

I've had 2 massages at home. 1 was very good but slightly more painful than I prefer, and the 2nd was OK. I had asked for medium pressure b/c I wanted it to be relaxing (and pain free!) but in the end, I didn't feel like I was that pampered....I should have asked for more pressure, so this may be my fault that it was OK. But overall, the option to have a massage at any time in the convenience of my home is 5 stars:)

About every other time they have some problem with getting a provider. The massage personnel have all been excellent however the centralized booking from somewhere in Beverly Hills leave a lot to be desired.
