Adding the audio of the song is not possible if the song is not on the sportify data base. It's such a frustrating experience that leaves the registration of most songs uncompleted. I have had to abandon the registration of my songs and that is very painful knowing that you just paid a USD 100 to register on the platform

Although we see you've successfully added songs to your Songtrust account since leaving this review, we want to reiterate that you can register songs that aren't on Spotify by using our manual entry option. When you are on the "Add Recording" page, simply click the "Manual" tab at the top. This allows you to paste your ISRC code (which you can retrieve from your distributor) directly without needing a Spotify link. This ensures your recording is properly linked for royalty collection. We also wanted to mention that all of your songs are currently in the Monitoring status. This means our team has received your details and is actively working to monitor your songs for royalty activity across our network of collection societies worldwide. We'll be sure to let you know as soon as you have any publishing royalties to collect. I signed up after doing research, watching their webinar and thinking that they would do what they say. Registrations took forever (as in 8-10 months), and they never paid out for the publishing side of an international song I had on radio. As we know the writers and publishers shares are equal. Over two years, multiple tickets unanswered and still nothing.

I’ve had a great experience using Songtrust. The platform is user-friendly and has made music publishing much easier for me. I have been trying to cancel my account for nearly a month now. They stopped responding to my emails and seem to be holding my tracks hostage. I feel helpless.
