This company sucks big time! Do they even know what customer service means? NO they Do NOT!! I've sent 5 emails so far and can't get a number to talk to anyone about my issue! All they do is send emails back and say can we resolve this....their idea of resolving this is a $7.00 compensation for something I paid $26.97 for! UNACCEPTABLE! I've now read some of the reviews....How are they still in business?

Purchased Advent calendar of miniature perfume bottles . Arrived after 6 weeks and NO perfume . Just pictures of bottles . Disgraceful.

Ho ordinato un calendario dell' avvento Legami che dalle immagini del sito era quello originale ma dopo più di due mesi di attese me ne è arrivato uno fasullo con dentro tutte cose cinesi! Mai più.

Pessima compagnia poco seria e non rimborsano prodotti acquistati e mai ricevuti. Ho acquistato un prodotto il 15 Ottobre ed ad oggi non ho ricevuto ancora nulla... Non acquistate da questo sito INEFFICIENTI

Ordered advent calendar was false advertising Ordered advent calendar, 2 months delivery, basically not what was advertised, absolute trash, thought it was perfume sample bottles, got laminated pictures of perfume, they had fallen out of advent date pockets. Like another reviewer I paid much more than the Offer (near €70)!!!! Absolute rubbish.

The order I placed on October 19 never arrived. The company provided no updates, no tracking information, and no support. The delays are unacceptable, especially for an Advent calendar meant to be delivered before December. After weeks of silence and no product received, I had to request a cancellation and refund. Completely unreliable service.
