We were very pleased with Solomon. Today's college admissions process is complicated and intense. Our daughter's advisor, Cathleen, was able to help our daughter navigate the process and to do so in a way that minimized her stress and maximized her ability to enthusiastically & authentically tell her story. Cathleen was able to deftly and efficiently provide guidance that I believe was instrumental in helping our daughter select, apply and get admitted to her first choice.

Dr. Herrera has a mastery of nurturing the teenage brains. Our highly accomplished son was struggling to find a direction and Dr. Herrera deftly handled the situation and unlocked his true potential. By the time of college applications she got him ready to face this world let alone smash his college apps. Our son is so happy to get his first choice REA at his super reach dream school, which he never thought would happen. Dr. Herrera taught him many things and she is so good at driving to the point in a very little bit of time. She communicates very well, flexible but also firm in her beliefs in finding the right fit for the students. She clearly articulates her position backing it up with solid evidence, which can make all the difference in offering comfort to the anxious families. In all we are very grateful to have worked with Dr. Herrera!

We worked with Peter Z with both our boys. Each of our 2 boys are very different in personality, academic achievement, personalities and life goals. Not sure how Peter did it but he was able to provide us the support, information and guidance to get them into top schools that are a fit for them as individuals. We are thrilled with the results and could not recommend Peter more. To date, I’ve referred a pretty significant number of parents to Peter/Solomon. We’ve been extremely happy with their process, their guidance and the results! Peter made himself available whenever we needed him. His process is organized and extremely thorough. Every question we had was answered. We felt compassion and understanding from Peter throughout our process. However, when he needed to be tough, he was tough. Without him, we could not have got through the college application process…twice!!!! Thank you Peter! We appreciate you so much!

Adrienne Gilbert is who you need. She is everything we could have asked for. If you decide to use Solomon Admissions request Adrienne Gilbert!! My experience with her: I got into my ED #1 school and Adrienne was my main counselor. First, she gave me a very thorough list of activities I could do to bolster my application and they 100% were so much more necessary to applying than I ever could have imagined. I didn't have a dream school and didn't know much about the college process in general so she helped me realize the school that was best fit for me and got me in touch with amazing ACT tutors. She is an amazing writer and helped bring out the best writing in me for my essays while providing me with the highest quality tools Soloman has to offer. Not only is she absolutely brilliant, but she also is extremely supportive and understanding and even when I was going through rough patches in my personal life she was extremely empathetic and was key in getting me back on track with applying to colleges. I wish there was another setting in the future where I could work with her because even just getting her emails helped me get the motivation I needed to create the college application that reflected my best and true self. I have been accepted into my now dream college and I wouldn't have been able to do it without her. She is someone I plan on keeping in touch with about my academic career in the future. I had some pretty poor experiences with the BS/MD portion of Soloman however. Dillan Villavisanis was not too helpful outside of providing me half the Soloman resources that Adrienne did. I didn't end up applying to any BS/MD programs because I applied early decision, got in, and I wasn't able to build an application at all with Dillan. However, there was poor communication on both of our ends and I personally needed someone who was going to provide me with a path to follow and keep me on track, and not every counselor is going to be able to do so. 100% worth it thank you, Adrienne and Soloman!

Samantha helped craft a strategic positioning for my son, advised in writing essays, always answered all our questions and helped with interview prep. My son got into his dream college. We are very grateful for the help Samantha and Solomon provided.

From the beginning, she helped generate ideas and goals that would not only help from an admissions standpoint but were also true to who I am - finding ways to develop in areas I was already interested in through concrete steps, and sharing those things with colleges through writing essays. With her help, I got into Stanford REA.
