The Solid Wood Cabinet Co.Reviews of solidwoodcabinets.com

Solid Wood Cabinets were wonderful to work with! With a family of 11, we needed the perfect kitchen remodel that wouldn't " break the bank!" Since we're installing our cabinets ourselves to help save money, SWC gave us quality cabinets at an inexpensive cost, and helped us plan a remodel project even from over a 1000 miles away (Oklahoma)! We had a personal designer who provided 3D images and consistent daily/weekly communication. Jacquie treated us with dignity and genuine customer care. It was as if we were right there in the design center and showroom with her. She took her time helping us. She never rushed our decisions, and she gladly welcomed every idea or question we had with patience and creative feedback. She treated our kitchen remodel as if it were her own! We have already recommended SWC to many of our friends. We would definitely work with them again.

The cabinets are made of great quality and are easy to install. However, some of the shelves came in a little nicked up.

Solid, quality company. Fair pricing. Highly recommend. Excellent, prompt, professional service.

i bought 4500$ of cabinets was 1/2 of what they retailed for.GREAT deal!put 700$ down for deposit.when I came to pay the balance I was charged 4100.$.no explanation..and then I OK'D them to send my cabinets missing (3 doors) and 3 months later I still dont have them!!!I was told the sales assoc i dealt with no longer worked for them but apparently no one else took his place,as i have not heard from them in 3days.swc has 1 day to recify this b4 I go viral. Next day6/6 got a 21" door i was missing for 3 months opened packaging, big dent in middle of door, gouge on bottom right exterior.Am ready to pull cabinets down and dump at store and ask for a refund,ALL after speaking with a manager who said she would email me with status today.NO EMAIL.LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE,LOUSY PRODUCT!!!update 6/7 I recieved my doors today hand delivered.my faith in mankind has been restored.too bad I had to go to such lengths to find it.Thank you solid wood for your prompt response to my post. Was told the doors were held up in customs.why couldn't you tell me that the first time i called?I would have beeen ok knowing it was out of your control.the truth may not always be popular but it would have been the best thing. Now I am satisfied with my cabinets.

We placed our order on April 16th and were told 10 day. On May 1st we were told May 9th. On May 9th we were told May 25th. So I set up delivery for today May 25th. I call to confirm, not on the schedule for today. I was told at 9AM the scheduler would call me back. No call as of 3pm. Do yourself a favor and don’t use these untrustworthy people. I’m now at 6 weeks without a kitchen.

I’ve had doors and hinges on backorder for weeks with no answer on when I’ll get them .

Still waiting for missing shelfs and clips

Was told that my cabinets would come with both solid wood and the glass that I paid extra to get. Not true. Cabinets are not “Factory Direct” in my opinion. I wanted American products sourced and built locally. These cabinets were made in China. Only the doors are solid wood. The cabinets themselves are a good laminate.
