I have experienced the utmost kindness and care from Encompass every step of the way. Two representatives in particular -- Marcus and Marisol -- have gone above and beyond to help guide me through the process with the goal of making the program manageable and affordable. They are lifesavers when you are facing financial difficulties. I trust them all the way!

I was drowning in debt I talked to Jason he assured me that I would be ok and he was gonna make sure I got the help I need and to be able to take control of my paycheck again and he also said I could call him if I don’t understand something or if I needed to ask questions so thanks Jason

I have tried to get account canceled because of personal financial reasons and they keep telling me of a hardship payment for two months. I just want this canceled and they also asked me to use a out of state address so they could get me setup. After the first payment I was un-comfortable using an out of state address. The company is called what? Encompassed Recovery Group.

I called this company and was transferred to a male staff named Lewis to obtain information about the program and get a debt management program quote but it was a negative experience and I opted not to continue the phone conversation after 15 minutes. I did not obtain the quote and hung up. I felt that Lewis was abrupt, cocky and condescending towards me while discussing my debt and repayment options. I have spoken with other debt management companies who were more professional, positive and seemed better able to assist me. I do not recommend this company.
