I’m waiting for part of my order that it was missing for 10 month already and when I call the customer service I get a message. That the number is not in service., the sad part is that they never cared to apologized or keep me posted about my missing part of the order. I contacted them in the beginning and they offer me something that it doesn’t even go with the furniture I purchased and then I never hear from them again. That is tasked advertising . You are bogus. Not to trust. Terrible!!

I have been waiting for 6 months for couch I bought online ... never heard from them.

They shut down their site an email accounts. I've placed an order last year and was suppose to receive it by february and cant get a hold of anyone. There is no working number. Also, there site was down for a while. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM. THEY ARE JUST TAKING MONEY!!!! Order place December 10, 2025 at 1:50 PM

FRAUD. They took my payment, said it would be 3 months until delivery. After 3 months I emailed them & they said one more month. One more month went by & now they wont answer the phone or return my emails. I have emailed & called twice a week for two weeks. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolute garbage company. They'll take your $$$ and forget about you! Sad that people do business like this. They were readily available before I bought there product, after I paid, nothing! Sitting at 18 weeks, when quoted 5 to 8 weeks delivery time. Got my bank involved... STAY AWAY!

I do not recommend you trust this company. I ordered several items including a couch and 2 chairs December 2025. I was provided a receipt and a 6-8 week delivery. When 8 weeks passed I contacted customer service I was told they didn’t anticipate the holiday rush and needed an additional 6-8 weeks. After 16 weeks (4 months) and no contact from them i tried again but the email and website are now non functioning. I filed a claim with my credit card for a full refund. Ordered from Restoration Hardware where I know it’s legit.

I am filing this complaint due to significant delays, lack of communication, and poor customer service regarding a furniture order I placed with Soka Home Furniture on January 22, 2026. At the time of purchase, I was informed that delivery would take approximately 8 weeks. It has now been over 12 weeks, and I have yet to receive my couches. Despite the extended delay, the company has failed to provide a tracking number, a confirmed delivery timeline, or any meaningful updates on the status of my order. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company, including sending follow-up emails requesting clarification and resolution. My most recent communication has gone completely unanswered. The lack of response and transparency is unacceptable and has left me without confidence in their ability to fulfill the order. The company previously attributed the delay to customs clearance and offered a partial discount; however, they have not maintained consistent communication or provided any verifiable progress updates. This has been the worst experience I have had with a furniture company. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to do business with this company due to the lack of accountability, follow-through, and basic customer service.

This place is horrible. It’s been two months we requested refund and they didn’t do anything. I reported to my credit card to resolve this issue because the company is fake. Don’t order from here. They lie and take your money. They give hard time.
