Originally we had issues with trying to pay for the table online. This was resolved by going to the website. The table arrived in 2-3 days of ordering it. Super well packed! The table was in perfect condition but the color was lighter than expected. It still is a very nice piece of furniture. Lucy was able to communicate with me in a timely manner when I had questions. I appreciated her concise answers. I was very concerned about ordering online because we have been scammed in the past. I was relieved that everything went so smoothly and we received our table so quickly. We are very pleased with the service, communications and the product.

I should have read reviews on this site before purchasing the Eames chair replica. All the negative reviews here pretty much echo my terrible experience with this business. All other positive reviews are simply FAKE. I ordered the chair October 19, 2023 and as of March 18 2024 I still have not received the chair! After many silly excuses and unfulfilled promises, I requested a refund, but to no avail. Customer support is simply a joke and this company is a SCAM. Save you money and look elsewhere! SCAM ALERT. March 19, 2024 Regarding the refund Sohnne is claiming, I would like to get some proof of this. I have checked my bank and credit card statements for the specified date and there is no refund. So, more lies?

We recently purchased a mid-century lounge and ottoman from Sohnne. The set arrived and assembly was required. It was relatively easy to do, but we did need to contact Sohnne to complete the project. The company was most responsive to our emails and a solution to our assembly difficulty was quickly resolved. We are most happy with the finished chair and ottoman. The quality of materials is quite nice. Shipping was prompt. We can recommend this company.

Great Eames knockoff. Close to the real thing and save $6G’s. I am going to PT for hips and back. The original design takes the weight off those areas and this does. It’s comfortable, the leather and plywood is 1st rate and it looks good. Their assembly instructions could use some work. They don’t show you where the fasteners go so that took a while to figure out but got it. Chair A; assembly instructions C-.

It was good except for the arms. They were not marked left or right, nor front or back. It was difficult to align the screws. Hardest part of the assembly. I believe I cross threaded the last set of screws so the arm is loose. Aside from that the chair are comfortable and appear well made.
