The speed in which my issue was resolved

I love using this app to build my listening library. My only other comment is that I wish it didn't malfunction each time my iMac has an update.

They responded to my inquiry the same day. And lo and behold, they provided a solution that worked (and was easy to do!). I wanted a way to by-pass the IMDB search for movie title and thumbnail for my own movies and enter my own. Their products are fantastic and I was thrilled that they had already incorporated the feature I needed.

Excellent Customer service experience recently, via email, they were courteous and super quick with sorting out a billing issue for me, fantastic help. On the app side, I have used a few of their apps and the one I have used the most is Folder Colorizer, the ability to create customised folders quickly and easily has been great. Keep an eye out for their bundle special pricing which is a bargain if you use a number of the apps.

Communication with the Softorino team has been excellent and they took care of my concerns. Highly recommend this service.

I don't use their apps a lot, but I know they are responsive as an organization ... very responsive when you reach out to them. I had a billing question and I received top notch responses (where they were looking out for me). For pocket change you can try out their software ... I like the folder color changer!!
