Mateo and his team are the best I have worked with in this industry. They have been very responsive to every request. The design team was quickly able to align with our objectives. I highly recommend!

Social Scout did a terrific job building Klaviyo flows for my business, and the results have exceeded my expectations! In fact, I was so impressed with their work that I've returned to have them do the same for my second business. For anyone who's even slightly skeptical about taking the plunge, I highly recommend it. The entire team has been professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Most importantly, they deliver results! It's refreshing to work with a company that not only lives up to its promises but exceeds them. I highly recommend Social Scout!

Mateo at Social Scout was great to work with while setting up our email program. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the process smooth from start to finish. Questions got answered quickly, and the setup was handled with care. I'd happily recommend Social Scout, and I'd ask for Mateo again.

Mateo was amazing to work with! He helped me set up all of my Klaviyo flows and really took the time to make sure everything was done properly. He was extremely patient with me, especially because I had a lot of questions and kept wanting to make little changes along the way lol. What I appreciated most was that he never rushed me or made me feel like I was asking too much. He listened to what I wanted, gave me good suggestions, and made sure I actually understood what was being done instead of just setting everything up and disappearing. Very knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with. Even after we had most of it finished, he was still helping me fine tune things and make sure everything was working the way it should. Its honestly hard to find someone who is both good at what they do AND patient to work with. I would 100% recommend Mateo to anyone who needs help with Klaviyo, email flows or automations. Really great experience from beginning to end!

Mateo and his team have been amazing. His team was quick to turn around the first set of deliverables and has been patient with us as we have had some image updates on our end that slowed things down. Appreciate the prompt communication as well. Great experience so far.
