Kammy was great to work with. Always quick to reply and very hands on as we went live with our flows. I wish everyone we work with were so easy to work with. The designer matched our guidelines and was quick to turn around revisions. I highly recommend Socialscout to anyone looking to polish their email flows.

We brought Social Scoot in to build out our Klaviyo email flows and couldn't be happier with the results. Robson was our rep throughout the project and he was fantastic — responsive, detail-oriented, and clearly knows email marketing inside and out. The flows came out polished and on-brand. Everything from the Welcome series to Abandoned Cart and Post Purchase was thoughtfully structured and ready to drive real revenue. Robson took the time to understand our brand and customers, and it showed in the final product. If you're looking for a team that actually delivers on email marketing — look no further. Social Scoot earned every one of these five stars.

This company goes ABOVE and BEYOND!!!! One thing about contracting someone as a small business it's very risky. You never know who you will work with or if the will spend the time to understand you and your brand. All I have to say is Social Scout is legit worth every penny. Not only did they take the time to understand us, we had a vision and they matched it! They took the time to educate us and set us up for success after they are done building out our flows. Thank you Social Scout for making this such a great experience and shout out to Mateo and Seth for all the hard work. Honestly such a great experience.

I had a really nice experience working with Mateo on my Klavijo flows. He was extremely helpful. Actually went out of his way (above and beyond) to help me with other issues my business is having. I appreciate his knowledgeable suggestions. The designs created were on point with my business. The work was completed in a timely manner too. Now I just wait to see the results. We are super excited for that here!
