I have bought CBD from another vendor in the past- I was frustrated, not being able to see testing results. I change to Select, all of the information is on the box! Great product, quick delivery and no “hidden information”.

No negatives about the product. Problems with shipping due to the fact that your company changed shipping from FedEx ground which I can get delivered to my house, to USPS, which cannot come to house since I don't get mail delivery and is why I have a PO Box. There was nothing on the site when ordering that stated this change. I contacted your customer service and finally after a couple of weeks a new shipment was sent to my PO Box. I did tell the customer service rep Taylor about the lack of info on the online ordering and now it has been rectified. You also need a 24/7 phone line contact for situations like this, so that customers get help immediately. Having to wait for email responses to try to solve a problem is pretty ridiculous.... I think the back and forth between myself and Taylor was a total of around 14 emails. That's roughly 2 weeks right there since apparently the customer service people only work regular weekday hours.

Hey Jan. We are sorry to hear about the experiences you've had with our customer support team and shipping. FedEx had alerted us that they are no longer working with CBD companies. To make a quick decision, we had switched to USPS in the meantime and are now using UPS for all orders. You're right, there was not any language that had suggested we do not ship to PO boxes, but have now included that during the checkout process. Thank you for the feedback with our customer support service and how it should be improved for the future! We are always looking to find better solutions or methods to take care of our customers. We're glad your replacement order got to you so fast. Thank you for the feedback once again Jan! We hope your future order with us will be a lot smoother from here on out.

Select CBD has consistently shipped on time with the exception of once when it took almost 10 days due to a surge in orders but apart from that the product is good and shipping is also good
