We love your product, it has been amazing for the dog. We wish it was a bit cheaper but we love him so it is okay :) He just does awesome with it, really helps him walk better he is a 14 year old lab so it works

So far I love the product but the website and ordering process needs work. I kept getting "Restricted domain Email support" or something similar when trying to order. The notice could easily have said "We aren't taking orders from Outlook.Com addresses" which I found out after a couple hours of frustration. A discount for my troubles would have been nice. I won't hesitate to order again but if one person sees this and saves some time I'll be happy.
