I am filing a formal complaint against SnapMailbox for poor customer service, failure to process my subscription cancellation, and ongoing billing concerns. On February 26, 2025, I emailed SnapMailbox requesting to cancel my subscription immediately due to their website malfunctioning and preventing me from doing so myself. Despite my multiple attempts to reach out, my emails have been ignored, which is highly unprofessional and raises concerns about their business practices. Additionally, their website appears to be structured in a way that makes it difficult to cancel, requiring users to update their payment method before proceeding—even if they do not wish to continue the service. This is a deceptive practice that forces customers to take unnecessary steps to avoid being charged. To make matters worse, even though I am no longer a customer, SnapMailbox’s system continues to send me new mail notifications, further demonstrating their failure to properly process my cancellation. While my experience with SnapMailbox started off fine, their lack of communication, website issues, and questionable policies have led me to believe that they are not operating in good faith. I strongly advise others to think twice before using this service, as their lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I am requesting that SnapMailbox immediately acknowledge and process my cancellation request and cease sending me further mail notifications. Sincerely, King H

Rue was fantastic. Attentive, polite, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve my issue. I always try to start each interaction with ANY support staff in a positive framework, both in hopes of getting my desired result and knowing they face the fire all day. Often, my mood fades quickly when the person on with me is less than enthusiastic to help. Rue was exactly who I hope for when I need assistance!
