They delivered quickly and as advertised. I received an e-mail approving the photo within 20 minutes of submission.

stupid system - no communication
This is such a stupid system. The website said they would let us know within 10 minutes if the picture was OK he took them an hour. Also, they rejected the photo because the baby was smiling. I am still not sure if this picture I submitted was OK. I sent them an email still have not heard back. But it’s saying I can go pick up the photo. If the application gets rejected because of this photo, I’m gonna have you guys pay for all the fees to rush this.

I’m sorry for any frustration you experienced. I checked your last submission, and the only issue detected was photo blur—the baby’s smile was not a problem. To ensure approval, I recommend retaking the photo with better lighting and keeping the camera steady. We strive to review photos as quickly as possible, but occasional delays can happen.
