Excellent and very helpful people

I would recommend as we have stay many times with this company.

This cabin was the worst. The property was not well taken care of. The kitchen cabins were falling off and the dishes did not smell as if they had been washed. The comforter were torn, and the mattress were extremely cheap. There was dust on the items in the home so it was apparent that they did not dust any places that were high. The porch light was out and we called to have it replaced and no one came to do so. That was a problem for myself and my guest because we both our women and I had small children with me. There was also not a broom in the home, we were assured that one would be brought to us but the Agent from Colonial Properties did not. This was not a good experience. I was in Pigeon Forge in March and stayed with another company. I will definitely use the prior company for the next time I stay. Colonial Properties is not customer friendly.

We decided to take a trip with our kids this year and rented a cabin in Tennessee. We weren't sure at first about being so far out but soon realized that we were located about 20 minutes from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Our stay has been filled with so much fun and many, many memories that I will cherish. Only problem I can say we had was the cabin being a bit dusty (me and my children have bad allergies) and one of the chairs in the living area was kind of messed up when you let the bottom out. Everything else was so nice and my son really enjoyed staying in the "treehouse"

The cabin I stayed at had terrible mold in the bathroom. These were not just small spots they were large thick spots all over the shower. It was disgusting! I emailed pictures to the realtor two times and talked to someone on the phone. No one has ever gotten back to me

My family of six loved staying at this cabin! Lots of room, near lots of attractions, and loved the hot tub!! The only complaints we had were the following: propane was empty for the grill and when we called maintence they did bring a new one but there was so much dried grease at the bottom of grill all of our food instantly caught on fire and was ruined. Also the hot tub had so much chlorine that it bleached all 3 of my girls bathing suits!! Had to throw them out and they were brand new.

Our cabin was wonderful and we had the best experience, we are planning on returning as soon as we can😊
