Disappointed that Colonial Properties discontinued the 25% discount for returning renters.

Wonderfull online experience, easy and very informative.

Got a cabin rented, however, communication was difficult. It took a really long time to get feedback. Whenever I did talk with someone, I didn't feel like a valued customer. I felt that my business didn't quite matter. However, I successfully got a cabin booked so that's what matters.

I looked forever for a cabin and finally found one through Colonial and it was a no hassle deal.

This is the second time we are going to stay with you guys, and we were so satisfied the first time we are renting a bigger cabin and bringing more family. I hope it is as good an experience this time at it was the first time.

If you want the serene feeling of the peaceful mountains and huge cabin on top of being 1/2 mile from Tanger outlet and Titanic on parkway then this is it.
