Literally the worst pen. You have to double click their one and only button to activate the coil. Which only allows 10 seconds to pull from. The most infuriating part of its mechanics is that you’ll waste five minutes trying to wiggle around and adjust the cart so it finally connects “perfectly” so you can waste even more time waiting on the coil to activate and smoke what you paid for. SMOK Alternative Series is literally the worst vape body I’ve ever experienced. It’s counter-intuitive to leading brands and functions far below par.

Over past 6 months, purchased 3 Smok V8 mods and tanks. Experience has been appalling. Of the 3, 2 batteries have developed faults and simply don’t work unless plugged into charger. Couple this with the fact that all 3 have leaked fluid on a pretty regular basis and the result has been an absolute waste of money. Looked on SMOK website for details of how to refund them for repair/ replacement but gave up after realising they want details that can only be found on the original packing box..... Really - who retains the original packaging for items like this? So, rubbish product and rubbish after-sales service. Will NEVER buy a product from these guys again.... Be warned....

I have been buying Smok box mods for a few years and i seem to have to replace them every 3 or 4 months. something always goes wrong with them. Poor quality!! Meanwhile i always go back to an old Joyetech Evic-Mini while i wait for a new one its been super dependable. I will never buy another Smok product.

I've been dealing with this company for over 4 months. Trying to figure out my refund. Initially after It was delivered I got prompted with a letter from my customs demanding a twice the amount pay for the package to be processed. So I shipped it back. It's been weeks, still I haven't recieved my refund. 40€ down the drain. They kept demanding for clearance even though I've already done it. Enough time of mine was wasted. I decided to let them keep that money which won't bring back their pitiful companies reputation.

China Fraud!! Bought Smok products, paid for 3-5 day shipping...It took 2 months to get products then I got $47 Bill from Fed Ex for shipping Tax from China!! Contacted Smok demanding they pay. Crickets! Horrible company! They are a Scam!

Order a pen and got a tracking number but its not working. I try to login into my account and said user not found. I email them twice and no response. I'm out 60 bucks

I spent $48 USD for a new Nord unit with coils. All my local vape shops are closed due to Covid-19. There was no mention about being responsible for FedEx Duty and Tax fees when ordering from Nord in China. One month after receipt of my order I get slammed with the FedEx bill for $39.62. I will never order from China again . I’m very unhappy as the coils needed to be changed every 3-4 days and it was not due to heavy use.
