I would highly recommend SmithRX to anyone that is looking for a proactive PBM. I have them personally and place buisness with them as a broker. Their customer service is top notch and their innovate approach to assist member/clients save money is like no other.

I recently had the opportunity to spend three days with the SmithRx team. I couldn't be more impressed with their people, leadership and foresight for the future. Jake Frenz is a tremendous leader and visionary and he and his leadership team are obsessed with changing how pharmacy is delivered through employers and to their employees. SmithRx is a radically different PBM who we will continue to partner with for years to come.

SmithRx does an excellent job engaging with their key partners to gain important feedback in a setting that does not involve sales. I've attended many of these events and they have found a great way for brokers from across the country to engage with one another and give important feedback on how to improve their product and service offering.
